MCCD offices will be closed from December 24 - January 2nd. During that time communication will be very limited, so you should expect communication back in early January. We will reopen on January 3rd and will get back to you as soon as we can!
Here's what you can expect:
- If checks, payments or other mail are dropped off at MCCD offices, they will be posted to accounts within 3-5 business days after January 3rd. Mail will be processed in the order it is received and applied based on the postmark date.
- During the time offices are closed, staff will not respond to emails and phone calls. Please call or email once staff will respond after January 3rd. Any calls received over the holidays will be returned in the order they are received. Multiple emails and phone calls will not speed up response times.
- Loan payoffs received during this time will be processed the week of January 3rd. Interest, fees, and other details will be calculated based on the postmark date.
- If you have applied to the Main Street grant program, please note that reviews are continuing through the end of the year, but documents will be sent after January 5th. If you have already received documents, please sign them at your convenience and funds will be paid after January 3rd. If you have already signed your documents, you may be paid by the end of the year, pending the receipt of funds from the State of Minnesota.
